There is no official rule. Some individual churches may have traditions as to how people dress on that occasion. But hopefully no-one would be any less accepted if they didn't meet a certain dress code. At my church, a Catholic church, everyone is equally welcome regardless of how they dress. Some folks do dress up, others are more casual.

Depends on what chruch and depends on whether or not you care what others think. At my church people dress up and some don't. Follow you intinct! xoxo Merry Christmas!

Not at any church I know of. I am Catholic and I have seen everything at Midnight Mass from Jeans and t-shirts to suits and dresses.
Merry Christmas,

No! God could not care less what you wear. He would love seeing you there.
Merry Christmas!

I have gone in a velvet dress. I have gone in torn jeans.

God doesn't care what you wear. He just wants you to go see him at His house. Since it's His house the other 'guests' are welcome to dress as they please. I will be wearing a red top and black pants tonight and I'm helping serve communion.

Go and please God not the people you'll be worshiping with!

Merry Christmas
