FL does not allow garnishment of wages for personal judgments. Only taxes, debts to the government, and child support.

Can be. Depends. . They have to go get an order before doing so and the laws in Florida do apply. so depending on if your head of house hold , what your income is and other factors . you could be garnished

Did you give them a bank account number? they can run and re run that number
