It should be fine. I've used them as much as a year past the exp. date. LOL

Its usually OK to use an expired cake mix, as long as it has not been opened or stored in a humid place. Go for it !

Actually, I will weigh in here. When in doubt throw it out. Cake mix is cheap. There is, in fact, a mold that grows in flour. It can actually kill you and is the same bacteria that was present in the dog foods last year. Just not worth for $1.25 the mix had to cost you. IMHO
