I wouldn't worry too much about the next life. Get yourself straightened out in this one! More than one religion at one time?? I'm having a hard enough time dealing with people who only have one faith...
OK, example. If you're Christian and Jewish at the same time, you're going to Christian hell because Jews don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah, and the only way to heaven is through belief in Jesus, according to Christians.
If you're Christian and Muslim, same deal.
If you're Christian and anything non-Christian, you're screwed.
If you're Jewish and Muslim, you probably should be bombing yourself right now.
It all depends on which faiths you adhere to. If you're pagan, you're okay...they accept all faiths and are pretty friendly people.

"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah (God) never will It be accepted of Him"
Quran (Soorah Aal'imraan 3:85)
This is the God speaking who created Heavens and earth and every thing in between including Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Mohammad and we all humans.
To go to heaven you must believe on God the creator of all and not a God's created Prophet like Jesus as God. Then you may be in trouble.
But most important thing besides believing one True God, you also must be doing good deeds in service of God and humanity in this life. Repent to God all the times for His forgiveness. God may forgive sins you do by not obeying His command and not worshipping Him some times. But the murder of a human, cruelty, lying, cheating, hatred to people, prejudice, discrimination, exploitation and sucking blood of poors by depriving them economically will not be forgiven
UNLESS
you do lot of good deeds helping poor people to wash off your previous sins.

The one true god wins out. That is why it is generally considered best, just to be on the safe side, to pray to all gods equally, just in case.
