Yes I should state that is it free of charge and I just wanted to let some of u know that we are not as bias and hatefull or clanish as some of u seem to think that we are in it just for ourselves.......

No one gets paid no one gets a free hand out there are no plates passed and no one is rich Everyone is just as poor as the rest of the world regardless of what they do in the congregation....

Yes, Jehovah's Witnesses, individually and as a group, do much in the way of humanitarian work and charitable giving.
It's just what you would expect True Christians to do!

yes free of charge and we don't brag. about helping others. as you see from some of the answers, how rude people are to u. now that it is the holidays, all you see on TV, is how people are helping the homeless by giving them food and gifts. what about the rest of the year? if they where helping, during the year, people would not be homeless or without food and clothing.

What is considered humanitarian work outside of one's own religion? Does that mean they help anyone despite what religion they might be? A LOT of people do that. What would be considered humanitarian work "inside" their religion?
That's not an outstanding achievement. Lots of mainstream religious people do that - out of caring for humankind, wanting to rack up brownie points in heaven or just to kill time.
We do it because it's the right thing to do.
