If your remote is actually made by Universal, you can go to their web site. If you don't see your model number (for the remote control) check the battery compartment.

Most companies that make low cost universal remote controls maintain a section on their web site with codes. Also, most universals have a code search funtion available.

I go there to get png codes, hexidecimal codes, etc...

If you are actually looking for advanced codes, rs232 serial hex, for systems like Crestron and AMX, BenQ will have them available.
