Some hand-holding, hugging, and kissing is fine. Just don't make it for such an extended period of time that the passions get aroused. This leads to going further and committing sin (Mat. 5:27,28). You may have heard the expression: "For as a man thinketh in his heart -- so is he." This means you can sin in your mind without actually, physically, doing anything.

God bless.

Midnight Mass, once the rage in the 60's and 70's has declined. We will attend Mass tonight at 10:30pm, but I have always loved Mid Night Mass

Hey! I'm Italian too, but only through my genes. My dad was born and raised in America, and I was too, but I'm still very proud to be Italian. I did get to visit Italy 3 years ago. We're going again this summer. I loved most of it, though some of the older, dirtier parts surprised me. That's not the side of Italy you commonly hear about.

No, not this year. We are going at 7 pm tonight though, though not mass because we're not Catholic.

We wont make midnight mass, but we will make 6pm mass here in Detroit, Michigan!!! Merry Christmas! Your country is beautiful - my family is from Fontana Freda - north of Venice - and we will have gnocchi tomorrow! Buon Natale!!!
