I've read the other questions about slimming down thighs, but my thighs aren't big because theyre fat. I play soccer, so i have the infamous soccer legs. Is there anyway i could slim them down. I exercise a lot, so that's not entirely the problem. Any way i can make the muscle slimmer?

You need to stretch those muscles extensively. Then they will be lean. Just look at gymnasts - they have ridiculous muscles, but they look very lean because they stretch so much.

That is the secret to avoiding bulky muscles.

Yoga is a great method.

try grabbing a pair of medium-light dumbbells and doing 3-5 minutes worth of squats with them. when you lift light but for longer periods of time it really tears down the muscle and gives it a slimmer appearance rather than a bulky muscular one. thats about all you can do from the perspective your looking at it from. the other one is that you can accept your thighs just the way they are and start building up calf muscles to even out the appearance of your thighs. to do this you will need a pair of fairly heavy weights. in a standing position push up onto your toes then lower back down. repeat 3 times doing 15 reps each time.

Try stretching exercises like yoga. These types of exercises will enlogate the muscles. This is how I kept from get really muscular doing sports.

I"ve heard if you do pilates it conditions the muscles differently so you get a long lean tone instead of that linebacker, weightlifter chunky quadricept that soccer players and softball players tend to have ;-)

I have been using the Lotte Berk Method.She has several DVDs out and I can tell the difference in my thighs after just a few times.Check them out at Amazon.com

Why would you want to slim down well-toned muscle? It looks good to more people than you think!

No, expect by exercising less. And then you have to eat less you you don't just get fat.
