we met at a party, and talked all evening. but my brother was there too and told me not to flirt with him, but we continued to talk. and we had a really good conection and he told me i was funny and pretty. and then we talked a bit about facebook, and he said he wanted to register to talk to me. but i dont think he will do it, maybe hes too shy. should i invite him to join? i have his email. i have liked him for ages and we had a good connection

what stops me from contacting him is that he is a friend of my sister and brother and i dont think my brother liked him flirting with me. and we also drank a bit alcohol, but we talked before the drinking too..so yeah

I am a little confused. You said you met at a party and talked all evening. Then you write that you have liked him for ages and you had a good connection. Anyway, your brother not liking him is the main issue here.Do you know why? If you don't know why you brother does not like him, then I suggest you talk to your brother and find out not only why he doesn't like him but all he knows about the guy.The answer will enable you to decide what to do. If your brother has good reasons for his feelings , then let that guide you and do not pursue any type of romantic relationship. However, if your brother does not have any good reasons for not liking him then you have to decide if you want to date him. If after considering all the information you have , you feel like dating him , then use the email he gave you and take it from there. I hope that everything will work out for you----that he will turn out to be a good guy and your brother will not mind you dating him. I wish you the best.

i think you should definitely go for it! what do you have 2 lose? i highly doubt that he will deny your invitation, since you guys had so much fun at the party! if he does turn you down, he's the loser...anyway there's more than one fish in the sea girl :)
