cuz girls love a challenge. they've been through the "meet nice guy, appreciate them" period very early in their lives and find it boring and childish, and want bigger and better challenges to win, like
1) changing a guy
2) stealing guys from other girls, thus making them feel both prettier and more socially adept
3) trying out different kinds of guys
4) stringing along as many nerds as possible with mild flirtation without giving any of them the satisfaction of reciprocation
seems sinister but if you were one with this much power, wouldn't you do the same thing?

I feel that if a girl and a guy are in love, yet the guy has bad habits, he will change if the girl asks him to. I wouldn't say it's a challenge. Most girls believe in this sentence, 'if he loves me, he will change for the better.'

I would, of course, like to change a guy to the way I want him to be because there's always something that I hate about them. As much as I would want to change my guy the way I want them to be, I would never want to force someone to change for me. These flaws in a guy are part of who they are.

I'm a girl and umm... i never tried to "change" a guy...
if im even going out with him in the first place is because i like him just the way he is!!

the guy has some assets worth a lot to the girl and if she can change the rest of him she gets to enjoy the assets. Now assets can mean pretty face, nice bod, tons of money, great connections, etc. but its something worth working for.

Isn't there an old saying that when you marry, girls hope a guy will change, and guys hope the girl won't....neither one of them ever get what they want. Must just be human nature to hope for the best. ;)

I never try to change a guy. If I change something is because I don't like it, then why badder to be with that guy. It doesn't make sense!
