The best dessert it 3 layer chocolate cake it is so good not to rich but not to sweet

My favourite is Peach Melba; Vanilla ice cream, 3 slices of peaches 2 tablespoons raspberries with whipped cream.
I just love it. In fact, I will have it for lunch because I truly cannot appreciate it after a large meal unless I cut down to 1 peach slice and a few raspberries with the ice cream & whipped cream..
Prefer this to cake.

Cheesecake and Tiramisu!
I make a carrot chocolate chip cake that comes out good too! I add an apple to it to make it moist. I use baby carrots already peeled or you can use baby carrots in a jar. YUMMY! Everyone loves it!
