can i freeze my cold meats, ham, turky, beef, etc.

If you bought them in a supermarket - it will usually say on the wrapping.
If you bought them fresh from a butcher then usually this meat hasn;t been frozen before so is OK to freeze.

However - some cold meats have added water which means that freezing them will damage the cell structure and you won't get out the same consistency as you put in!

Yes ye can. We buy quite a lot o' "whoopsie" cold meat and shove it intae the freezer. It does thaw oot o.k., the only wee moan is that it gets pretty moist when it huz thawed oot. Home cooked joints frae the butcher seem tae thaw oot perfectly.

Leftover from dinners? Of course. Cold cuts from the deli, you can but I don't really care for them after the defrosting. They retain too much moisture.
