an ISO is an install dvd/cd disk.... .you boot up your system place the dvd in the drive. shut down the system then reboot the computer, the computer should boot up from the dvd. and if it is a live dvd you should be able to run it or install from the dvd/cd

now here is the thing.. Leopard is for the mac computers.... not a PC..... thats not to say you can't install OS/X on to a PC.. but it needs to have a Intel processor in the PC. it will not install on a AMD system..

A straight-up Leopard DVD (or a copy thereof) won't boot on anything but an actual Mac. There are versions out there that are hacked to run on PCs, but (1) they're illegal, so I can't help you out with them here on Answers, and (2) I hear their hardware support is still rather sketchy, so you wouldn't have that great of an experience compared to the real thing anyways.

Go to your Bios and change the boot menu, set it so your PC boots from the Cd-Rom first, this will make it boot from the disc.

I do this with Fedora.
