My wife and I ALWAYS say grace before eating any meal. Doesn't matter how grand or how meager the meal. Whether it be at home, away, or at a restaurant doesn't matter. During our prayer we always ask Him to join us in our day, our lives, our home, our marriage, and in our meal. Then we give thanks for the gifts He has given us. Human hands may have made the meal but I have yet to meet a person that can create the food, at least not without starting with what God has already given us!

Always.
Usually internally without sound or outward sign. I do not pray to impress people so I need not make my prayer obvious.
Sometimes, like when I am with a customer my prayer is simple, other times the prayer is more complex.
With my family I say Grace out loud. At Church or with church friends (extended family).

It depends. My family does not say grace at every meal we eat but when we have company (extended family) over then we always do.

Yes,.usually very short, sometimes formally and sometimes very long grace before meals
I forget to say thanks after meals often
-not that the meals are bad, mind you now-
and then I say a quick '"thanks' to God on the run
I have so much in my life to be thankful for
and i trust that God will use any hurt or sorrow i surrender to him
for my good and for the good of the world
through the infinite merits of Christ

Grace? She died 30 years ago.
I pledge allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America.
And to the republic for which it stands
One nation, under God, indivisible
With liberty and justice for all.
Amen

Absolutely, because it comes from God. When I say Grace, It is my way of inviting God to come and spiritually share the meal with me. God is the one who provided the food, and therefore he is my invited guest.

Yes we pray before every meal that God would bless the food that we are about to partake of , that he would allow it to nurish our bodies and that he would protect us from anything that could harm us. Jesus told us to pray for everything in our lives and we try to. God Bless you

God's neat, let's eat!
Seriously, yes I do--usually just something short, like "Thank you, Lord, for this food."
