That is because there are no "facts" about Chuck Norris. Only rumors, and half truths. Chuck doesn't want the truth of him out, because then we would all die in terror.

It looks like some of the "facts" were racist or inappropriate, though. I guess I can understand that, especially from a guy who supports a Huckabee candidate.
The Chuck Norris Facts are the best thing to happen to his career for decades, though. He should be thanking them.

Yes, because the 'facts' are not facts, they're made up things in an attempt at humor, and the lawsuit is over using Norris's name without authorization for personal profit.

It seemed a bit silly to me; but I guess Mr. Norris DOES have a right to determine how his good name and reputation are used (or misused) -- his main complaint was that some of the "facts" depict Chuck as engaging in illegal or immoral activities...
