It really depends on the guy. Some of the most handsomest guys can be the biggest jerks...and only wanting skinny girls. I think girls have this thought in their head that in order to get those type of "good lookin" guys, they should starve themselves and make them look skinny. It is really pathetic. I also have a fast metabolism, and is also constantly told that I am skinny and that I should gain weight. Girls should like the way they are, regardless of their weight. Guys can have them the way they are or not at all. No body likes a stick figure. If you do, then you're crazy.

You shouldn't really worry about this. Nobody is perfect. For some you will be too skinny and for others you will be too fat. Every person in the world has a different way of thinking or noticing things. And as for this thing to get a guy, well just hang in there, and sooner than you think a guy will come, that will like you for who you are and how you look. Good Luck

Im the same way, im 15, 5'5, 112 pounds. Guys say my weight is fine but the girls all say im really skinny and need to gain weight. I also, have a fast metabolism.
I think that everyone should like how they are. Im fine with how I am and I realize im never going to really change my weight. They should realize that too, its how they were born. If they want to change it they can, dont go picking on other people and bring them down.

I used to be bulimic because my ex (my boyfriend at the time) used to always compare me with the "super" models and asking why i couldn't be as skinny as them so i asked my mum if i could start a diet she told me to stop being stupid and that I'm the perfect weight for my height and age (5" 5 and 9st 6lb 14 yrs old) so all i could do to loose weight was skip meals at school and be sick after eating at home so i shrunk down to under 7st and was anorexic so my mum took me to the doctors and was told to only give me a very small amount of food (not enough for me to throw up) and gradually build me up from that and because i thought i was fat i didn't want to gain any i found ways to make myself be sick and in the end my ex just said he was only joking and liked me the way i was.
Now that I'm getting back up to my normal weight a lot more guys are paying me attention and I have learned the guys like CURVS not your bones sticking out!!

Hey my name is Lizzie, too! And I agree. When there's a guy who understands your issue than that's all you have to care about. Guys should never tell a girl to lose or gain weight. I, however, have the opposite problem. I'm not fat, but if I didn't watch it I would be. That's just the way the world works. Well, have a good holiday, Christmas or Hanukkah or whatever you celebrate!

Who knows why! I am a big girl and I have the same problem. Guys can't see past the fact that I am fat to see the real person inside. That is because they are superficial! (about 99% of men are) I even work out in the mornings on the treadmill and I have changed my diet to better MYSELF....and still no guy will give me the time of day. I agree that you need to embrace yourself, because you have to live with yourself, and if men don't like that then F them!

For most girls I think it is the celebrity "roll models" who are super thin. And Hollywood nearly forcing their actresses to become anorexic in order to be hired.
Your BMI is slight below the normal range. But I would say try really not to go any thinner. For your health sake. Ideally you should weigh a minimum of 101 pounds so you are not too far off.
