Dogs don't shake hands like people.
They also don't hold grudges like people.
They just get over it and forget it and go back to business as normal.
SO...
if you means to teach them to shake hands like people, don't waste your time. If they are capable of getting along, they'll just forget about their disagreement and they'll just act like nothing happened. When the disagreement is over, it's over, it's done with, it's instantly forgotten....
If they continue to clash, you need to figure out what the clash is and how to deal with it.
But "shaking hands" and "making up" are human actions, NOT dog actions.
