God is doing things that are equally amazing today. There are television specials about miracles that people attribute to God. If you choose not to believe these witnesses that is up to you.
Christians who have been baptized by the Holy Spirit have "seen" God and they know.

God and Jesus tell us to walk by faith. Jesus said after His resurrection to 'Doubtful' Thomas "blessed be those who believe and do not see..." He said this because Thomas said he would not believe that Jesus had risen unless he put his hands through the holes in his hands and his feet. I believe that God makes miracles happen everyday.
Just because you say that our loved ones aren't coming back from the dead doesn't mean that you should stop believing in God. God does not prevent hurt or sorrow, because these are things that make a future for us. God has a purpose for everything without needing questions. Although we may seem angry at Him because our(example) dog or grandpa died. These are a part of life. We think we need these things, but we should be happier that they died because they went to Heaven with the Lord. God does not always give us what we may WANT, but what we NEED.
And that, is just one of the many lovely and holy things that God does on a daily basis.

Look around you, there is no one today as devoted as someone was back then. GOd had chosen people and they were devoted to him with everything. And god gave us free will, so if a guy murders his mother, then god can't do anything, except punish, that guy has freewill he can do anythign but he will face the consequences. Car crashes killing innocent people, people killing innocent people....its alll free will....its not god that makes the bad stuff its us humans, greed, lust, hate, want......and the faith isn't like science, god purposely made it this way cause then if we really see nothing of his miracles then thats the way to truly test our faith. And plus another reason he wouldn't do anyhtign like the red sea again, is casue the majority of the world wouldn't belive it anyway, it would be a wasted cuase--poeple would probably get afraid and then hate god even more...

Hasty Generalization
Further I believe God can do all those things. However, faith does play a part. If someone does not believe, such won't occur. One time Jesus healed only a few people in this town because the majority didn't believe.
Further God does not have to give any of us a special magic show.

The definition of Faith in the bible is "the things not yet beheld but hoped for"
I believe in all of Gods promises and that in his own due time he will do everything he has promised to do. So my serving him is not soul on what miracles i do or don't see.
As for now I do believe we get his help every day every time we hear or read about someone in the hospital in in an accident that logically should be dead or have died but didn't my daughter is one I def believe in I was 5m preg when she was born and she was 1lb 5oz and 13 yrs ago they did not even have all of the medical advancement they have not to help babies. I prayed for a healthy child and that is just what I got. Not gonna go into all the details of her problems but believe me she should have some but she doesn't................So do I believe YOU BET I KNOW HE CAN DO ANYTHING......

as a matter of fact Jesus is still doing marvelous things ive seen and heard sooo many testimony's of this....there is a minister living to this day that has a death certificate and he's going around preaching God's word.
God raised him from the dead! and thats just one example of things God has done. You have to believe in order to recieve anything, If your sincere for the truth, simply ask God to show himself to you and he will.

Actually, CHRISTIANS DO believe in what the Bible says happened (and WILL happen). It's people like you who don't.
The Bible has NEVER been proven false HISTORICALLY, SCIENTIFICALLY, GEOGRAPHICALLY or ARCHAEOLOGICALLY.
"...the Red Sea RAISED"? I didn't know it ever ROSE out of its bed.
Why don't you ask HIM why He isn't doing the things today as He did in ages past? Or are you afraid to?
Biblical ignorance is a sad thing to see for one your age.
Also, borderline illiteracy is a sad thing to see in you.

First, He parted the Red Sea not raised it. How do you know He isn't doing miracles. He never did them for non-believers.

The reason why all these things you mentioned here is not happening today is because He came and took away all of the worlds sins at once through His babtism and blood on the Cross so that all who believe in His gospel truth can become sinless and holy before Him.
I want to take you back to the bible when Jesus was still on this earth before He ascended back to heaven. The crowds followed him in throngs, just wanting to see physical manifestations (miracles), turning a handfull of fish and bread and fed thousands, etc. But one day Jesus got tired of these people (like you) who only want to see physical things happen but never coming to the truth, He stopped them in their tracks and told them, 'If you all want to follow me further you have to eat my flesh and drink my blood'.
Well, what followed resulted in all of them leaving Jesus, they said in disgust, who do you think we are, cannibals? how can we eat your flesh and drink your blood?, you see they were not truly not born again even though they were in His company everyday. Many Christians are like these people who have never been truly born again even claiming many things, but are still standing outside of Christ.
When we are truly born again we become filled with His Holy Spirit and only then are able to understand heavenly language and the whole Bible. So you see we no longer have physical manifestations anymore because He came and fulfilled all God's righteousness when He was babtised and died on the Cross.
The Bible has been written under the influence of the Holy Spirit, and His job of saving mankind from the sins of the world has been completed. All we must now do is to believe in it with all of our hearts to be able to enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Miracles and amazing things are still happening today, but less often because Jesus isn't on Earth. Just because you don't see miracles every day doesn't mean they don't happen, if they did happen everyday they wouldn't be miracles.
