Sometimes I can see like little spots, sorta like the static on a television but much much smaller and moving much much faster. It's not like it is blocking my vision, it's more a part of whatever I'm looking at. So if I'm looking at a chair, I can sometimes see billions of little spots moving around randomly super fast? Is this from tired eyes? What causes it? What is it called?

Is it possible that maybe you need to have your eyes checked?

I know that before I got my glasses I saw fuzziness and spots and all that stuff. Ummm it can also be caused by the blood pressure being up. There are many different causes.

So I would suggest you go see your doctor and have your blood pressure monitored. As well as having your eyes examined to see if you may need glasses.

These are just floaters in your eye they are natural and can become more prominent after a head injury. If they impair your ability to see clearly there are treatments but you need to see and ophthalmologist for best diagnosis. Good Luck!
