Considering 2 Timothy 3:16, which says: "All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness", please provide scriptural justification for condoning homosexual activities within the church in light of other scriptures such as Romans 1:27 and Leviticus 18:22 which clearly condemn homosexual acts. Scriptural justification only please! Opinions don't trump Bible commands!

I thnk you nailed that one....and you scored bonus points for getting all three typical responses.

1 - avoid the quesion and insult the questionaire..
2 - dismiss Scripture and call it hateful (which I'm sure thieves and murderers and just about any other behaviour condemned by the Bible would have many agreeing with this approach)
3 - mumble something about "not judging others" as if that's the only part of the Bible which we are to memorize.

You are correct! There is NO Scripture to back them up! The Bible and only the Bible! That means that we are to also keep the commandments of God; all 10 of them, Ex 20:2-17, pay particular attention to 8-11 (vs. 11 is the Seal of God, as apposed to the Mark of the Beast).

You got that one pegged!

As far as "judge not lest you be judged" is taken way out of context.

The world often takes this verse out of context and uses it to accuse Christians of being "judgmental" when they speak of sin. In the context of the verse Jesus is telling His disciples not to judge one another, something the Bible condemns (Romans 14:10; James 4:11). In Luke 6:41,42 He speaks of seeing a speck in a brother’s eye. In John 7:24 He said, "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." If someone steals, lies, commits adultery or murder, etc., the Christian can make a (righteous) moral judgment and say that the actions were morally wrong, and that these sins will have eternal consequences. Chuck Colson said, "True tolerance is not a total lack of judgment. It’s knowing what should be tolerated—and refusing to tolerate that which shouldn’t."

There isn't any scriptural justification. That's why the Bible is such a hateful book that decent and humane people should ignore.

Christians don't condone homosexual activities within the church. Where do you get your misguided, misinformation? Your hind parts?
Are you still taking part in homosexual acts in a church?

It's unjustifiable. You have answered your own question based on the way you asked it.
