This is why so many people on here tell people to NOT breed unless they have tested the dog to avoid genetic problems, and have studied and learned all about heat, breeding, pregnancy, labor, delivery and care of the newborn pups. It's also important to have an experienced breeder as a mentor who will help you through the delivery, to deal with this kind of emergency if it happens.

Sad to say you probably thought it would just all go fine naturally.

In many cases all goes well; but in your dog's case it didn't.

There is no "natural" way to abort a dead fetus. It requires intervention by a trained vet.

If you can't make payment arrangements with your vet, then you need to call:
ASPCA ... ... -or-
Humane Society -or-
Local Rescue

And turn the dog over to them so THEY can get her treatment.

A dead fetus inside your dog is killing her. She's critically sick and needs emergency surgery to remove the dead fetus(es) and treat the severe infection that this death has caused before it kills the mamma as well as the babies.

Mama is NOT pregnant... she's had her babies and some are still inside her and obviously dead. If any are inside her alive, they will soon be dead as well.

So either go to your own vet and take the chance that she may not live...
OR
give her up so someone who can pay the bill will try to save her.

If you do not do one of those two options RIGHT NOW:
1) you will be guilty of animal abuse and that's a crime in many cities that will put you in jail.
2) your dog WILL DIE!

So, if you don't believe in being abusive to your dog, you MUST do one of my two options... your vet or give her up to those who CAN get her cared for.

Why did you breed her? You should do tons and tons of research before breeding, and have homes lined up, and all that. Your dog needs vet care now, i know money can be tight ( it has with me before but i found a way to take my baby in when he needed to go in!) Try calling tons of different vets to see if one will take payments upon signing an agreement on x amount per month, or maybe a post dated check? Call the humane society they usually have low cost vet care. They have paces that help with vet car but seeing how Christmas is tomorrow you may have to go to an animal hospital However the dog needs vet care now!
AND PLEASE SPAY HER! And make sure the pups get fixed too, there's to many UN wanted animals in the world and it's heart braking!

I am stunned.. You know what.. sell something, make a deal with the vet, do SOMETHING.. $750 and no guarantee that the dog will live, is far better than sitting on your butt ... cause you have 100% guarantee that is dead puppies remain in there, they will ALL be DEAD..

This is why people get so angry on YA ... people who breed their little pets, and puppies die and they have no money to take care of the problem. Then you get mad and you come back later screaming cause everyone was rude to you.. You know what.. You deserve every single nasty thing people say to you.

Can you afford to lose your dog???????? If in fact she has puppies left in the uterus mom can become septic and die. There really is nothing you can do at home.I know it's alot of money and I can empathize with that. Is there a low cost spay / neuter program in your area. Contact the humane society or rescue organizations for this information. If you cannot afford to have the surgery done in order to save you dog you might want to consider euthanasia. I know that sounds cruel, but it's just as cruel to allow you dog to suffer in this manner and die a slow and painful death. Unfortunately life has not guarantees, especially when it comes to surgery for this type of problem.
I know it's a hard decision, but you need to do what's best for you dog.

WOW i won't be able to have self assurance there are a lot of persons on right here that are telling you to take a 5 week previous puppy!! domestic dogs could desire to stay with their mom until eventually a minimum of 8 weeks...in case you have not got self assurance me then google it and do slightly diagnosis! the incontrovertible fact that somebody is so wanting to sell you a 5 week previous puppy skill they are in basic terms in it for the money, era. you do no longer want your 3 hundred money lining their pocket. And for the guy who mentioned "the 5 week previous puppy will bond with you greater", it rather is finished BS. My boyfriend rescued a pit bull that grow to be 9 months previous and that canines would not pass away his component. She is so dedicated to him. and coaching her grow to be an entire breeze for the reason that had an prolonged interest span. maximum certainly get the 8 month previous. :)

Sorry to hear all of this.

This is one of the biggest problems with this breed the people who want them can't afford them. Call around and ask vets if they will let you make payments. See if there is a Second Chance around you that might help.

Get the poor dog fixed if she makes it through all of this.

How long ago did she go into labor?

You have two choices. Go to a vet, get the money any way you can, borrow, sell stuff, beg. Or watch your dog die in agony and know it is all your own fault because you didn't spay her, did't protect her from pregnancy, and let her breed when you couldn't afford top assure everything possible could be done for her when/if she got in trouble during whelping. Google things like CareCredit to see if they can help.

Start calling rescue groups ASAP and see who might help you.

There are other groups that can help as well, but you don't have time for that.

Also call local vets and see if one might be willing to help under extenuating circumstances.

Hope this helps.

I am sorry the puppies died and I know the mother dog is hurting and bewildered as well.

And yes everyone is right that it is best not to breed, but you need practical help. I do hope a vet can be located ASAP...so go to it!

I really, really hope this is a sick attempt at a joke.
What in the world do you expect us to tell you?
Take the poor dog to the vet. Make payment arrangements. Or, try to find a rescue that will take her.
Then, do not get another dog. Between the neglect of allowing her to get pregnant when you are not equipped to handle it, and the abuse of denying her medical care, there is no reason for you to have a dog.
Poor dog.

This is why people should not breed! She may have a dead pup inside her, or an infection.. she can DIE if she does not recieve vet care! Find a way to get the money.. borrow it, sell something, use a credit card.

If you cannot find a way to afford it, then turn the dog and pups over to a shelter or rescue so they can get her the medical care she needs!
