I am a Jehovah's Witness and will not accept blood.

This is a question you should be asking your doctor. You will need a CBC to determine what you counts are and if you're ready for the next procedure.

I'm not sure Debbie......but when I had gallbladder surgery, my blood count was already low and my doctor gave me potassium pills and iron for about 2 wks before the surgery because I'm JW also and refused blood.....so check with your doctor, okay?
