well i have long arms so it's not hard for me to reach all over back there

Get one of those long loofahs with string handles on both sides. Have used many kinds myself but this kind still works best.
Else, get your partner to shower together with you. Scrub each others' back and kindle the relationship too. :)

Maybe I'm really bendy, but I have no problem using my own hand (with loofah of course) to reach all my areas, including my whole back. Also, why would you have a lot of dirt on your back?

If you don't have a friend to shower with... go to the drug store and get a back scrubber. They are in the shower gel section usually.

They have poufs and loofahs with handles so you can clean your back.

GET A LOOFAH SPONGE AND ATTACH IT TO A LONG POLE OF SOMESORT.
