if no, then His perfectless is more plausable
if yes, then His parents are very righteous and instructive

if no, then He had the memory, but not the power of the priesthood untill the Law(s) was fulfilled. [like age, and laying on of hands, ect.]
if yes, then He lifted it line by line?

With the idea of going from grace to grace, it means Jesus grew as any other child, but probably like an honors student. I think the veil is largely subject to faith and obedience. Things get revealed to people only when they are able to receive it. He would not have known his entire mission by age 2, because there was no reason for him to know his whole future then. He may not have known his entire future mission until he was in his late 20s or even around age 30, because something that huge would have been overwhelming.

I do not know for sure. I would say that he was taught by both Mary and Joseph as well as the Spirit, what his calling was and that He did indeed pass through the veil. I know that many scriptures say that the faithful are taught line upon line... so I would think Christ is included here, as He did spend 30 years of his life preparing for His ministry and atonement. But then again, He could simply have been waiting until the right time. Either way, I think He did receive additional spiritual guidance that helped Him, but I think it was according to His diligence in following the Father. I hope that makes some sense. Either way, Christ fulfilled a great mission and we are eternally in debt to Him for the great mercy He shows unto us.

"11 And I, John, bear record that I beheld his glory, as the glory of the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth, even the Spirit of truth, which came and dwelt in the flesh, and dwelt among us.
12 And I, John, saw that he received not of the fulness at the first, but received grace for grace;
13 And he received not of the fulness at first, but continued from grace to grace, until he received a fulness;
14 And thus he was called the Son of God, because he received not of the fulness at the first.
15 And I, John, bear record, and lo, the heavens were opened, and the Holy Ghost descended upon him in the form of a dove, and sat upon him, and there came a voice out of heaven saying: This is my beloved Son.
16 And I, John, bear record that he received a fulness of the glory of the Father;
17 And he received all power, both in heaven and on earth, and the glory of the Father was with him, for he dwelt in him.
18 And it shall come to pass, that if you are faithful you shall receive the fulness of the record of John.
19 I give unto you these sayings that you may understand and know how to worship, and know what you worship, that you may come unto the Father in my name, and in due time receive of his fulness.
20 For if you keep my commandments you shall receive of his fulness, and be glorified in me as I am in the Father; therefore, I say unto you, you shall receive grace for grace."
(D&C 93:11-20)

We all have the light of Christ to help us to know right from wrong. Now, imagine how strong the light of Christ must be in Christ.

do you mean like a caul? Like how some babies are born with some of the embryonic sac around their heads? Interesting thought... but it necessitates a belief in more than Christianity, doesn't it... The caul thing is more of a pagan belief.

"Was Jesus born w/Veil?"

When was the last time you loved your neighbor as yourself?

Edit: Mormons believe that we lived before birth and that before birth we 1) chose our parents and 2) passed through a veil of forgetfullness. They also believe that they will some day be just like god and have spiritual sex to populate spiritual children and create their own planets to lord over.
