No such thing... I'm a physicist and the misappropriation of the term energy is a continual frustration to me.
Energy is something which can usefully be transferred from one form to another, it has *nothing* to do with spirituality or anyones personal concepts of religion.

Words do not have the ability to fully describe it. It is something you must feel and experience for youself. Follow the teachings of Jesus and Peace will fall upon your heart, that is a taste of what this energy is.
