I'm just curious about which religion has the most people for educational purposes. Please don't offer any answers other than meeting and answering the question, thank you. (I don't mean to be harsh LOL)

Oh, well that's different. Christianity is the largest at about 2 billion people. Mainly because that's been the major religion of the people who happened to get the best technology over the centuries (Europeans and places they colonized).

Christianity has the largest number of adherents at just over 2 billion. Islam is second with over 1 billion, then Hinduism. Wikipedia can give you statistics, or you can just go to http://www.religoustolerance.org to find out more for yourself. Happy Holidays!

1.9 Billion - Christianity (all denominations - Catholicism, etc)

1.1 Billion - Islam

800 Million - Hinduism

Unfortunately, though, this does not separate Catholicism and Protestantsim, which are VERY different.
