for example in Italy,they use a "no-claims bonus system": more accidents, and you pay more, no accidents and each year your premium lows(although each year the price often rises so the saved money is quiet a few)...is it the same there?

Yes - we have no claims discount - have no accidents in a year and you gain one years NCB you can gain upto 10.

yes you can earn no claims bonus in a similar way usually 10% per year up to a maximum of 70%
