250 g of sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp of ground nutmeg and a little extra for garnishing
200 ml of brandy
100 ml of dark rum
500 ml of cream
500 ml of milk

1 ladle
1 glass punch bowl
Break the eggs one by one into the bowl. Using the hand mixer, beat the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes, until frothy. Slowly beat in the sugar, nutmeg and the vanilla essence. Blend for a few more seconds and then remove the whisk.
Step 3: Add the alcohol
Pour, the rum, brandy, milk and the cream into the beaten mixture. Stir continuously so that the ingredients are all mixed in together. Place it in the fridge to chill for half an hour.
After 30 minutes, take the mixture out of the fridge and pour into the punch bowl. Ladle into the glasses and add a pinch of nutmeg on the top to garnish the drink.

This Is All About Egg Nog:
Eggnog (or egg nog) is a sweetened dairy-based beverage made with milk, cream, sugar, beaten eggs (which gives it a frothy texture), and flavoured with ground cinnamon and nutmeg; alcoholic versions also exist with the addition of various liquors, such as rum, brandy, or whisky. Eggnog is a popular drink in North America and is usually associated with winter celebrations such as Christmas and New Year's. Commercially, non-alcoholic eggnog is available around Christmas time and during the winter and is available all year round in Australian stores.

Robbie has the correct answer. When I arrived home from school at lunchtime apart from other things, my mother always made me an egg nog. Obviously, no alcohol. I'm now a fit, still virile 75 year old and put it down to egg nogs. Apart from lots of drinking in my adult life (especially Southern Comfort), smoking until 32 years ago, and a great deal of heavy manual work until I found office work. Oh, and sex.

Raw eggs beaten with milk and maybe a bit of sugar, touch of cinnimon, perhaps a dash of nutmeg and maybe a bit of vanilla extract. If it is for Christmas or New Years party you can ad some Brandy, rum or wine - depending on your taste.
the mentioned spices are for refrence. You can season to your taste. Make some basic mix and then try adding a tiny bit of the mentioned spices. Cinnimon is a sure bet and so is the nutmeg. Other things to your taste.
