new sheet every time usually. If they are quick baking cookies then you could possible get two uses but I toss it after one.

Get a silpat if you want to be environmental about it. Those silicon non stick pads are great and reusable for years.

I use the same sheet for an entire recipe of cookies. I only change between recipes, like if I'm making a few different types of cookies at a time.

Unless your parchment is burning or really goopy from a melty kind of cookie, keep it on there until the end. Nothing bad will happen :)

As long as it is the same cookie dough, I reuse the same piece parchment over and over until I am done baking. Those sheets can really hold up.

Many batches... I'd switch when the parchment burns or cookies start sticking.

parchment is made of silicone and can resist high temps. I would say you can reuse them once or twice. If the paper gets brown i would change it though.

You should always reuse.
