I Am A Gymnast, But I Really Don't Like The Amount Of Muscle On My Arms After Training At An International Level For Four Years..

I Still Have To Train..

But Does Anybody Have Any Ideas How I Can Loose This Muscle Without Stopping Training?

Thanks

You can reduce the amount of muscle you have but much like loosing fat, it is impossible to spot reduce.

When a bodybuilder wants to gain muscle they must train to rip down the muscle and then insure through proper nutrition they have enough protein in their system to repair the muscle (Muscle size increases as a result of this). If you train and keep your protein intake low your body will break down muscle (muscle is the only place you store amino acids.. the building blocks of protein) to repair the damage caused while training!! If you stopped training arms for a time, muscle atrophy will start potentially reducing muscle in a specific location.

If you are training naturally (without “supplements”) this should work for you. If you have added any anabolic compound loosing the muscle may be difficult!

Hope that helps,

Use only very light weights with a lot of reps. This should result in toning, and the muscle mass should decrease if you leave off the heavy weight stuff.

Easy... Decrease weight... Decrease reps... Decrease duration. You can't lose muscle if you expect to stay as strong, no such thing. Take more rests in between.

Try and stretch more. I dance, so I stretch after I work out to lengthen my muscles and to keep them from bulking up.
