I just recently started my new diet that requires me to eat at least two cups of vegtetables a day. Yuk! Luckily my trainer told me to use "I can't believe it's not butter". I steam the vegetables add some "Season All" and "I can't believe it's not butter and that works for me. the fake butter tastes grerat and has zero calories. The seasoning is just for taste.

Butter Buds or butter spray. Parmesan cheese (grated). If it's cold veggies like in salad, you can use spray salad dressings, lemon, or grated parmesan.

Hummus is a good choice (it is usually made out of beans, and you can make your own and jazz then up anyway you like)

Mustard is a good choice, but it can be salty.

Salsa (salsa is VERY low cal, and they have a lot of varieties out there now, from mild to extra hot)

You can always wrap your veggies into a whole wheat wrap, with your favorite condiment and make a meal out of it there

Take your store brought canned tomato, and jazz it up with different seasonings like oregano, salt, pepper, rosemary, or anything you like. (get the tomatoes that are chunky)

Roast your veggies for a better taste.

Hope that helps!

I love dill on green beans. I suppose there are other spices out there for other types of veggies, but I don't know what they are.
