I have two 10 week old kittens, and when they playfight, their ears bend back really far.
Does this mean they don't like each other or is it just how they play?
One of them tries to bite the others neck all the time too and the other makes a really weird noise?!

They're just rough-housing!
Cute, but rambunctuous kitten play!
Let them, no worries.

They're being kittens. Thats just what they do. They fight, they play, they have fun. I've had more cats then you can imagine and they all do that. Right now I have 5 kittens, 4 from the same litter and they are all about the same age. They play like that, its not a problem.

That's just the way kittens interact and is perfectly normal. Just watch the one cat that his biting doesn't get out of hand and really distress the other one.

Once my bigger cat, keeped biting my younger cat at the neck too. But it didn't hurt her. THe bigger cat was just showing her that he was in charge. If they are both little, they are just playing. THey aren't hurting each other. The one that is biting the other ones neck is just showing that he is the boss. Don't worry, it is cats behavior.

If there's no fur left on the floor, or blood showing, they're just play fighting even if it looks nasty. If it was being done in anger you'd see tufts of fur floating around and being pulled out.

It's totally normal. They are simulating life as it would be if they were in the wild.
