in a mountain dew can, it says the caffiene content is 54 miligrams. Is there like a daily caffiene allowance that the human body should have? is there like a limit that you shouldnt go over?

It's too much when you start misspelling "caffeine"

well not sure actually...most energy drinks have about 200mg of caffiene in them and i drink about 2 a day and im ok so far...but who knows in the long run...supposedly they are sposed to be bad for you..a little caffiene is good tho to boost ur metabolism
