I agre with Mrs SSG, wearing or not wearing glasses has no effect on your need for glasses.
You might get eye strain and headaches from not wearing them and you willl see better with them.

Neither...it makes things blurrier but it is a complete myth that NOT wearing corrective lenses when you have a refractive error that needs correcting will make your eyes worse. Likewise, wearing corrective lenses when you need them doesn't make them stronger...it makes things clearer. Wearing glasses doesn't make your eyes worse, either. Wearing glasses makes things CLEARER...big difference.
The eyes will change REGARDLESS of whether you wear your glasses/contacts or not. Typically, its all based on genetics and your eyes are going to change either way. Your world will be a lot clearer if you wear your corrective lenses when you need to. NOT wearing your corrective lenses won't make your eyes worse and trying to force them to focus on things that they simply cannot focus on due to the anatomy of the eye is NOT going to strengthen them. Glasses make things clearer when they are worn and when you take them off, things seem blurrier by comparison because now your eyes have to strain to focus again.
Not wearing your glasses/contacts WILL cause eyestrain, headaches, and eye fatigue...

I would think weaker. But, one day I didnt wear glasses or contacts for whole day, and I swore my vision was getting better. However, I think that it was just me getting used to not wearing anything.

Well everybody in my family had pretty bad vision, except for me I only use my glasses when driving. But the rest of my family wheres their glasses all the time. When they go to the eye doctor the have to keep getting a stronger prescription and when I go, my eye stay the same. I think that is because I don't where my glasses all the time.

Weaker, because your eyes have to strain more to see clearly which if done for long periods of time can hurt your vision.
