The only thing that I drink is water. I quit drinking soda and other things a couple of days ago. The only liquid that goes into my body is water. Are there health benefits of only drinking water?

Tap water does come from the sink. But that is just the last stop it makes. Tap water is very healthy for you. It contains natural minerals that your body needs unlike most of the bottled water.

Yes, tap water comes from the sink faucet. If you only drink water you will end up consuming less sugar than if you drank juice or soda, which is good for you. However some juices (and as you said, milk) have vitamins and minerals that are actually healthy. Juices and teas also have antioxidants, but these are things you can get from food sources.

Go turn on your sink, that is tap water. It has not been treated or distilled like some bottled water. It has been treated yes, and is safe, but some people thinkt hat bottled water is safer of getiing a filter on their sink. However, those bottles from bottled water are a hazard to the environment, so drink the tap if you don't feel safe, get a filter for your sink.

Tap water is water that comes from the tap... I don't think there are any health benefits of drinking water because it has no nutrients, try drinking juice or something.

Water from the tap, obviously!

The benefits are that you don't get all the other crap in it like you do in other drinks, and it's even better when you purify it or filter it. Although it is probably more healthy to drink fruit drinks and other natural drinks too.

Tap water is water from the faucet. You are wise to drink water. It cleanses the body, hydrates our tissues and is fabulous for the skin. And it's the only thing we put in our bodies that doesn't have to be processed.

I wouldn't drink just water. Try some juice, since it has water in it, as well as a bunch of vitamins if you choose the right one. Milk is also good for you, but don't drink too much or you'll get calcium build up. =]
