Okay so theres this guy at school and I really like him. And well everyday during orchestra I bring him gum. Were kinda friends but not very close. He also asks my friend for money. He usually talks to me when he wants candy. But recently we have been talking more. So heres the Question: Do you think that he is taking advantage of me for my candy?

Also hes not the only one who asks me for candy i bring it to other ppl in the class to not make it look like I like him.

As rediculous as this sounds..no I don't think he's taking advantage of you for candy, but I think he uses getting candy from you as an excuse to talk to you which is kinda lame also. If he likes you then he shouldn't need an excuse to talk to you...but I'd also worry about a guy who is always asking someone else for money...is this really the type of guy you want to date?

you always need to start from somewhere candy leads to more conversation, conversation leads to friendship. You know what they say " a friend in need is a Friend in deed"
But if you feel yo are being taken advantage of you'll see it clearly and be able to make your decision to move away from the situation ASAP

i cant give you a straight answer but just try not to go with gums no more and find out for yourself....most of the time you want to do or not to about something your mind will always give you the reasons that backs up your action so never mind about him asking your friends for money.

umm EDIT: how old are u to bcuz it seems like teenagers wouldnt ask for gum/candy like that.... but anyway here goes
dont bring him candy one day and try to talk 2 him...if he talks normally as if u wud have candy, then no he isnt
