Radiation therapy for Small or lower intestine cancer -
Even if the doctor removes all the cancer that can be seen at the time of the surgery, some patients may be given radiation therapy after surgery to kill any cancer cells that are left. Treatment given after the surgery, to increase the chances of a cure, is called adjuvant therapy.
There are two types of radiation therapy. External radiation therapy uses a machine outside the body to send radiation toward the cancer. Internal radiation therapy uses a radioactive substance sealed in needles, seeds, wires, or catheters that are placed directly into or near the cancer. The way the radiation therapy is given depends on the type and stage of the cancer being treated.
According to me external radiation seems to be better option but, it is difficult to answer this question and only the Oncologist (Radiation) is the best judge to decide the course of treatments and type of radiation to be given. What I have given is only a general impression and leave it to your oncologist to decide further. -

You can take toxins to rid UR-self of good & bad cells if you want to & it may remove UR cancer, but it will not make you healthy.
I've watched my mother in law go through bone cancer & unfortunately she took toxins from the doctor to remove the cancer. The doctors gave her 6 months to live & she managed to depend on the Lord to give her 7 years.
Juice Carrots & it is amazing, I had a friend who got rid of her breat cancer this way. The live enzymes are healthy for you & what is in the carrots gets rid of the cancer.
I'd drink an ounce (8 carrots) a day. Juiced, gets to UR bodies organs a lot quicker & removes cancer causing agents in UR body.
Do, what you want, but I believe healthy alternitives are best. Link below if you want to check it out & the ttestimonials they have there, for people that once had cancer & now it is gone.

Leave that to the specialists to decide. Have the specialist expplain all the details in common language. And talk to people who have been through the same problem like you.
