You don't need a resume to get a job as a busboy (i.e., retrieving and/or cleaning dishes). Just go to the diner/restaurant, and ask for the job. Expect to work long, hard hours for little pay (shared tips and free food might be offered, but don't count on it!), but I guarantee you'll get more of a workout than some of your peers!

Resume title.... what are you doing writing a book? You don't need a title. At the top of the page, center your name and address and phone number. Then move down the page and put in your objective and what you have to offer the job. Then move down the page and put any past jobs. Then move down the page and put your education. Then if you want you can add at the bottom reference or you can write references upon request. DONE.

I don't think you need a resume for a busboy position.

None isn't needed for this job, but if you feel you want to work on a resume, the best title is always your name and below that, your address. Period.

If it's cleaning off tables in a restaurant you don't need a resume. Just a lot of determination.
The pay won't be that great either.

Food and Beverage Service....... but for a job like that you shouldn't need a resume. Dress up for your interview, even though it's entry level, and that should impress the employer enough.
