I don't have my period or anything because i had it this month. But my lower adomen hurts and I think i'm constipated. Is that normal, if your constipated? both sides hurt, I'm drinking alot of water right now. Other than constipation, why does it hurt? I also had a wet dream, does it have to deal with it also? Please help, this is serious!

Yes, constipation can cause pain in the lower abdomen. It can also sometimes cause pain in the lower back (this happened to me about 10 years ago as a result of something that I ate)

Because of how much pain you are in I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

It could be because you're constipated but this sort of thing cannot be diagnosed over the internet. If it is severe pain as it sounds you need to see a doctor. There are many causes of acute abdo pain of which appendicitis and constipation are two that cannot easily be differentiated from your description.
The wet dream is irrelevant. It is normal and shouldn't cause abdo pain.
