Ask yourself what a destitute 5 year old from Russia, who is being adopted by an American family, where the Mom and the Dad are both successful physicians, what would that 5 year old need to take with from his orphanage to his new life in America?
Well the change from being a middle class American to living in heaven, will be MORE dramatic than that.
