The organ itself, yes. I think places that want an organ will wind up getting electronic synthesizers that will mimic the sound of an organ -- less expensive and takes up a lot less space.
Maybe the Catholic churches will still carry on the tradition of having an organ, but for most Protestant churches it's just not cost-effective to buy an instrument that is as expensive as that.

The Church of Christ does not use any musical instruments already.
There are some places now that have full rockbands on Sunday.
I don't see it fully dying out.

no it won't. Especially in old Catholic Cathedrals. They are being used all the time. They are not seen so much anymore because not many people play organ anymore... but they are still out there
