The fact that evolution disproves the bible, and renders the entire Christian religion null and void, is why the fundamentalists are fighting tooth and nail to keep people from learning about evolution.

There is no evidence that we are not created in God's image. God works in ways know only to him. We are created from dust as the Bible Says. So what is there in the Bible that is in conflict. Even Science tells us we came from the dust of the early universe created form a singularity.

Christianity has been having to back down on certain claims in the face of scientific discovery for centuries. Galileo was indicted for heresy in 1633 for teaching that the sun, and not the earth, was the center of the universe. Today, almost every Christian believes that the earth revolves around the sun; not vice-versa, even though the Bible says that Joshua made the sun stand still. Some day it will be generally accepted that humans evolved, and most Christians will accept that, too, even though it contradicts the Genesis story.

Teach evolution 'til your little heart is content, but you are riding a dead horse. Missing link is missing. And where is the new information? Adaptation has always been adaptation. We adapt to our environment and we always will.
It's cold, the horse and dog grow more hair. It's hot, they lose it. Sin causes mutations, disease, afflictions and viruses. A curse without a cause does not come. Sin has many causes that are ancestral as well as self induced.
Now if you want to manipulate genes and create monsters such as the mouse with human ear on its back, then we can go back in time when the fallen angels created half men and half beast. These beasts are found in cave carvings and sculptures. When the scientists let them loose on the world they will be walking among us just like the mouse with the human ear on its back. They are lost creatures without the spirit of the Lord and God will destroy them as He destroyed the violence and corruptness of man with Noah's Flood.

Assuming evolution is the true theory, and not just a hypothesis, God used it as He uses all other laws of physics to create everything else in the universe. It changes nothing about the credibility of Jesus' teachings to love one another and his teachings on how to enter Heaven.

If you take the Creation story as allegory, rather than a factual account of real events, it is still quite possible that the skydude created man in his image (i.e. sentience, a 'soul', free will), while working within the framework of evolution.
In some ways, it even fits quite well with fossil and archaeological evidence - which shows a sudden explosion of creativity and diversity in tool manufacture, art and culture with the development of anatomically modern humans (Homo sapiens sapiens).
It's not what I believe, but if you choose to believe in the soul, and that god 'created' man, it's actually quite plausible.

Not when it can now be proven that the God Yahweh is the "missing link" in the chain of evolution. Now the question is, are you ready to change your views on who or what God is and if the Bible is true or not? I don't think you will have a choice.

If it could be proven that evolution is true...which to me is a stretch...it wouldn't change anything. Christian evolutionists have successfully plugged evolution into the Scripture...to me a waste of time.
It is also interesting that some Pantheists/Wiccans/Deists/etc who see the flaws in evolution have left open the possibility of one creator god who is apathetic and not involved...just in case evolution is proven false...no biggee.
I would suggest that you move past this elementary line of philosophizing and bickering and consider deeper spiritual truth...unless of course you are an Atheist...then you can just continue to worship yourself.

Gee you are taken a HUGE leap of faith there. There has been no proof that the Bible is incorrect and absolutely no observable evidence to support the theory of evolution. Before throwing out the Bible you have to demonstrate that it is false. That has not yet been done so your question has no real merit.
How do you view the Bible's credibility?

Actually ... it appears you have not read scripture yet..
But to answer part of your question.. does evolution bug me though I believe in God? Nope. I believe evolution happened and that God created everything there is.
