i feel sooooo down any help

Figure out when this started and what was happening then.

Here are some things to consider; it is winter and some people get very depressed when there is less sunlight, it is called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and can be cured by getting sunlight either outside or with a special light box or special light bulb. Also, take Vitamin D with calcium, get exercise and watch sugar and alcohol intake--both depressants.

Do things that lift your mood; exercise, be around your favorite people, watch a happy movie, listen to uplifting music.

See a counselor if things don't get better for talk therapy. Take care, get the help you need. We all go through this and get over it with help.

rise up and sheer up life is beautiful just feel it . this time of the month is a festive season people r very happy to help each other just give us a clue why r u feeling down r in love r u broke a relationship or u have a problem need to be solve u have all the world around u why don't put down ur problem for ur friend and contact to help u with . u need really to get out of ur cacoon to the wide open world to see the beautiful of the life go to the gym and play a little will help u to rise ur confidants merry Christmas and happy new year sheeeeeeeeeeeeer up

Spend this day with yourself. Do what you always wanted and nor allowed. Like eat as much chocolate as you can barry if you are a chocolate lover. Play video games all day. Talk with your friends all day ion the phone. Or sleep next to the fireplace. :D
I don't know you,you know what is best for you.but this is a start foe something new.

p.s you can try taking vitamins

Go out for a liitle run/walk it will make you feel better. Some people did not make it to see another Xmas feel grateful you are alive!!!!!!!

why....if you have issues you need to get them resolved...make it a new years resolution to get yourself help and start having a wonderful life...call somebody...cheer yourself up....i've been there...you have to want to help yourself
