the best thing is going to occur tonight and tomorrow! I recently adopted my kitten and this Christmas will be our first holiday together and he is being taken with me and my boyfriend to his parents house to sit by the fire and put presents under the tree. Rex even has his own toys to unwrap b/c he loves ripping apart wrapping paper, so tomorrow morning he'll find new toys just for him! yay!

I took my cat to a cat show. He thought he was just the cutest thing alive and that people had come just to admire him. What a show-off! He even got a ribbon. We made a lot of new friends. He's also been to an elementary school to show the kids what a purebred looks like and how to take care of a cat. He was a big hit. Cat ambassador.
Second best thing -- my husband bought a tape of cats meowing Christmas carols. It's like the cat was trying to figure out what they were saying. Too funny!

Watched a movie together.... for some reason she loves to watch TV.

get a toy that is like a fishing pole with a string tied to a little ball of feathers, he begs me to pick it up and play with him
