If Jehovah's witnesses had managed to convert the entire world, though knocking at doors did the trick, into their group, what happens next?

The questioner presents a hypothetical situation which would seem to contradict what Jesus himself taught.
...(Luke 13:23-24) Now a certain man said to him: “Lord, are those who are being saved few?” He said to them: “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to get in but will not be able
...(Matthew 7:13-14) Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

It/s funny how you JW's will point somebodys answer out of the circle of answers and call it "slander" just because it doesnt agree with what you believe. The truth is not slander.

The fact is that the JW/s have always been attempted converters. How can you say that you dont try to convert anybody? That is an outright lie. The main purpose of field service is to start bible studies, and eventually bring those into the organization. How is that not an attempt to convert?

All typical non-responses because the question is one that cannot be answered. They will never convert the entire world because if they did, then there would be no need for armageden and thus no need to print anymore literature, make anymore donations, purchase any more properties or anything that they do now.

In Matthew 7 it says that it is a narrow road that leads to life, and few will choose it. This chapter also explains how to identify the true religion.

If you speak to witnesses you'll soon learn that the theme of their preaching in God's Kingdom. According to Bible prophecy, that kingdom is a real governement that is poised to "crush and put an end to all the other kingdoms" of the earth. Not just witness teachings here.

The Bible aslso promises that there will be a time when the "knowledge of Jehovah will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea." I can't explain all of this now. Try contacting Jehovah's Witnesses. They'd love to explain it to you.

Matthew 7:14
"whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it."

The door to door ministry will never convert the entire world not even most of it or even half of it. We never expect it to but the preaching of the kingdom to the entire inhabited earth is a command from God. Jehovah's Witnesses are the only ones that do it in truth and give the Christian ministry work the true meaning and justice it is supposed to have.

The entire world with practice True worship after the Great Day of Jehovah arrives when he will destroy the wickedness on this earth and tear down this system of things that is ruled by Satan. (1 John 5:19)

WOW THIS SOUNDS GREAT,

When I was a child I would hope for the same thing. Now that I am older and understand the Bible, I realize that the Bible has given us all the answers. I'm sorry but all people becoming servants of Jehovah is not it. What happens now is what has been foretold for many years, we are now ever than before living in the time of the end (last days of this system of things).

You can read various aspects of the sign in Matt. chapters 24,15 Mark 13 and Luke 21; there are other further details in 2 Tim. 3:1-5 2 Peter 3:3, 4 and Rev. 6:1-8.

As many of my brothers and sisters have already stated, that won't happen. LineDancer hit the nail on the head when he stated Matthew 7:13,14.

We're not out to "convert" the entire world, and to think that there would ever be a possibility of that happening, is downright absurd. We follow Jesus example, one way happens to be by preaching to people.

Jesus couldn't "convert" the earth while he was here, (And it goes without saying that there was an astronomically less amount of people then, than there are now.) so what would make us think we could do it? Jesus talked to people (People that would listen, of course.) and taught them about God's Kingdom. We do the same, we talk to people who will listen, and hopefully teach them about God's Kingdom.

But if that doesn't convince you, I'll take a mathematical approach to your question. Since a good 85-90% (or more) of people don't want to listen to us, the odds are almost completely against the entire world getting "converted", so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Have a nice day.

'And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.' - Matthew 24 vrs 14

The Bible tells that many will be mislead so not everyone will convert, but when all areas of the earth have heard the 'good news' (God's promise of a paradise earth and everlasting life) then Armageddon will come. It's all in the Bible (even the Bibles used in other Christian religions! believe me, i've checked :D), Gods word is said to be preached and that's exactly what witnesses are doing. When all nations know then it's Armageddon.

Even if you think this is stupid, it answers your question. this IS what we believe, hope it helps :D x

Armageddon is primarily the end of all organizations who either ignore, misrepresent, or malign the Creator & His will.
All who support such organizations --whether they be religious, political, commercial, or, otherwise-- are counted as part of the organization/s that they individually support. It follows that only those in support of God's will for the earth & mankind, will not be destroyed.

Of course, IF everyone became supporters of God's arrangement before then, God-opposing organizations would become nonexistant, & there would be nothing among mankind left to destroy...
However, Satan would still have to be abyssed, to accomplish the purposes of Christ's reign...

After Armaggedon, will come Christ's 1,000 year reign in the heavens, which will bring mankind & the earth back to perfect standards. During this time, the dead will be resurrected & taught the truth about God, His grand purpose, & His requirements for all of mankind. Only then will there be another test... Satan --who will not have been destroyed, but rather abyssed-- wwill then be loosed for just a little while--long enough to influence those whose hearts are not truly towards their Creator. Then, everyone who supports Satan --including Satan ('Resister') the Devil ('Slanderer') himself-- will be destroyed...
Never again will imperfection, suffering, or hate,
be allowed to take root! Those who truly appreciate the gift of perfect life that their Creator has bestowed upon them, will live in ealth & happiness, thereafter...

I agree with all my brothers and sisters answers above me. We aren't trying to convert anyone, just taking them the message that Jesus told us to take. They can take it or leave it as they will. We will one day have a world where all people are Jehovah's people, but that will be after Armageddon.

Well if/when/if the entire world was filled with Witnesses we would continue studying the Bible, and striving to serve Jehovah.
