since my sisters husband touched me i feel uncomfortable around him, i am not sure if it was on purpose or an accident (he may have thought i was my sister). i am 17 years old and he is 35 years old. i don't want to cause problems but i haven't told my sister about it yet and not sure i should. also i don't want my actions to say something gone on if there are not anything to actually done. i am so confused over this because i also have other pressing issues with my boyfriend. i don't want to deal with this also. any help is welcomed, IM's or emails are also welcomed that can help.

Already gave you an answer to this and if you haven't talked to him about it yet, then do so.

Tell your parents. There is alot more going on already than you know and get the help. You might save people further problems and expose what may already be happening.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that, don't allow yourself to be in situations where you are alone with him. Be willing to say no. If he does it again. tell your parents no matter how uncomfortable you are. You need to protect yourself first. It may not be taken well but it is better than living in fear.
Just keep your wits about you with him and if he doesn't stop after a warning, call the police. It is called assault.

One thing...was the touching meant as a friendly hug or more than that? Dont confuse the issues with the BF with the BIL.

Your womens intuition should tell you whether his action was intentional or not, all women were born with it. If you felt uncomfortable, then chances are it was intentional. If it had been an accident, like him just bumping into you, then you could have forgotten about it, as quickly as someone accidentally stepping on your shoe. I'd probably leave it alone, if it wasn't serious. If you feel that it is making you uncomfortable to the point where you can't be around them, you will HAVE to say something eventually, because your sister may wonder what the deal is with you and your strange behavior. Good luck and happy holidays.

Let hope this was an accident, but it all depend on how he touched you, which maynot be an accident. I would let it go for now, and if he ever do or say anything out the way to you, then I would have to tell my parents and sister about her husband.

I answered your first question the other day. Talk to him and find out what he thought. If he says I am so sorry I thought you were my wife then let it go. If he says he likes you then tell your sister. She has to know what he is doing. She will more than likely be mad at first but she needs to know.

well I would talk to your sis tell her that this happened and that your not sure if it was an accident. maybe she can talk to her hubby and find out if it was an accident then he may appoligize and that would put your mind at easy and allow you to let it go.

Corner him and tell him if he ever touches you again, you'll set him on fire and call it an accident.
