a long time ago my parents went on a diet with healthy foods. i was 14 so i learned good foods from bad food (processed, concentrated, over 12 grams of sugar, high fruit corn syrup(ect)), slowly they returned to their habits but i made a life change. i eat seperately from them, or at least somethign else. i have run into the problem of eating sndwhiches (whole grain bread), speghetti, and lots of grain stuff. I AM SICK OF IT. Can someone give me a list of variety for healthy foods? I eat fruits and veggies here and there but i need diff. stuff!

If your talking about changing carb foods, how about beans? There are many varieties out there and they are all good sources of carbs and fiber.

Concentraed isn't a "bad food." It's okay in moderation.
And sandwhiches are not healthy unless the meat is not a luncheon meat. (Just advising you)

Ok a list of healthy foods:
Poultry - chicken, fish
Lentils, beans
Oragnic soups
Salads (you can always make salads diffrent tasting)

those are just to name a few..

you need to eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day. don't use grains as your main source of nutrition.
