A guy walks past a mental hospital and hears a moaning voice "13.......13.......13.........13" the man looked over to the hospital and saw a hole in the wall, he looked through the hole and gets poked in the eye. The moaning voice then groaned '14.........14.........14.......14.'

A couple of weeks later while driving past the same place he gets a puncture.
He jacks the car up, carefully puts the wheel nuts in the upturned wheel rim, and changes the wheel. Just then he accidentally stands on the wheel rim, the nuts go flying in the air and straight down a drain.
He stands there scratching his head, when one of the inmates who had been watching the whole event over the wall says.
"Why don't you take one nut from each of the other three wheels, and use those to fix your new wheel until you get to the garage"
"Brilliant" replies the motorist, "What on earth is such a clever bloke like you doing in a mental Hospital"?
"Daft I am, not stupid" came the reply.
