Definitely toss it. Even if you clean it your cat will still pick up the smell and continue to pee on it. Invest in a new one.

When cats are in heat they're at the mercy of their hormones and may do things out of character. Getting her spayed will probably solve the problem. For now, if you close the bedroom door she won't do it again, but she may pick another spot. As far as your pillow is concerned, I'd throw it away and get a new one. Normally using an enzymatic cleaner will take care of it, but since it's a pillow, the ICK factor is too high.

Most pillows are machine washable and dryable. Use a small amount of detergent and bleach. Dry alone on gentle. If it's an old pillow , It might be time for a new one ( not for feathered pillow)

You definitely just need to toss the pillow out. Cat urine is lethal and contains "their" smell and as long as they smell the least bit of their pee on the pillow they'll continue to pee in that area.

Theres no way that you'd be able to 100% get the cat urine out from the inner part of your pillow. Cats have incredible senses of smell, he'd pee on it again.

Replace the pillow. If you're concerned about her doing anything on the bed get one of those plastic sheets you put under your fitted sheet, to protect the mattress!

EASY! VINEGAR IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL GET THE SMELL OF CAT PEE OUT, I KNOW BECAUSE I USED TO FEED ALL THE STRAY CATS IN MY AREA. USE ABOUT A THIRD OF A CUP AND YOU MAY WANT TO WASH IT AGAIN WITH DETERGENT TO GET THE VINEGAR SMELL OUT. ALSO GET A SPRAY BOTTLE WITH VINEGAR AND WATER SO YOU CAN DO A EASY CLEAN UP IF THEY SPRAY ANYMORE

I'm sure the urine has soaked into the interior filling of it, so just get a new pillow.

Throw it away. Then figure out what your cat is trying to tell you by doing that. Have you been bad?
