I was the victim of a hit and run. My driver ran because he has an outstanding warrant. He is now being charged with felony hit and run. what kind of felony is that? felony 6? felony 5? felony 4?

Depends on where you live. Some State don't use classes of felonies. A felony crime, generally, means that the punishment is a year or more in jail. Misdemeanors are usually less than a year.
